This website is operated by SightForest. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, which apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or description errors. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm dispatch of your order.

Use of products

Trail cameras and night-vision optics must be used in line with the local laws of the country of use, including privacy, hunting and surveillance regulations. The customer is solely responsible for lawful use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SightForest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect the information needed to fulfil your order — name, address, email and payment details — and never sell your data to third parties.

Data is shared only with the partners required to deliver your order (payment processor, carrier) and is retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. You have the right to access, correct, port or erase your data, and to object to marketing at any time by contacting support@sightforest.com.

Under EU distance-selling rules you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. On top of that, SightForest offers a 30-day field trial: if a device isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Items should be returned in re-sellable condition with all accessories. To start a return, email support@sightforest.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label for eligible EU returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Every device also carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days to Spain, Germany, Poland and Italy, and 2–6 working days elsewhere in the EU. Every order is tracked.

Shipping is free on orders over €120; otherwise a flat €6.90 applies. Any import duties for non-EU destinations are the customer's responsibility.
