From the car to the water
Get it to the water
It's a big hull — use the moulded handles (a trolley helps) and set it down at the shoreline clear of rocks.
- Use the bow, stern and side carry handles
- Check the scupper and drain plugs are fitted
- Launch in shallow, calm water
Chair and pedal drive
Set the aluminium-frame chair and drop in the fin pedal drive before you head out.
- Lock the chair frame into position
- Seat the fin pedal drive and test forward/reverse
- Check the rudder moves freely with the hand control
Rig the deck
Mount your gear on the groove tracks, drop rods in the four holders and lower the rudder to hold your line.

How does it come apart?

Will it fit in my car?
The two nesting pieces fit in most car boots and hatchbacks - no roof rack or trailer needed. Each piece is roughly 1.5 m long.
Is the motor included?
No - it is motor-ready with a mount for a 36-46 lb electric trolling motor, but the motor, battery and paddle are optional. You can pedal or paddle it too.
Is it as stable as a one-piece kayak?
Yes - once the latches are locked the two halves form a rigid, stable 10 ft hull that paddles and fishes like a solid kayak.
What colours are available?
Four colourways: Sunset Orange, Deep Teal, Graphite and Signal Red. The colour you choose is the colour delivered (the motor shown is an optional accessory).
