Charge it up

Charge over USB-C before first use (about 4–6 hours).

Insert the memory card

Add a microSD card up to 128GB for photos and video.

Download the companion app and create a free account.

Connect over Wi-Fi

In the app, connect to the camera's hotspot, then join your home Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) — no SIM required.

Mount & aim

Strap it about 1 m high, angled slightly down and clear of branches.

Test a shot

Walk past to trigger it and check the clip in the app.

Troubleshooting

Camera shows offline?

Stay within Wi-Fi range during setup and use a 2.4GHz network. Re-pair if the connection drops.

Won't turn on?

Charge for 30 minutes and check the switch is set to ON.

Blurry night shots?

Clean the lens and keep branches out of the infrared beam.

Battery draining fast?

Reduce live-view use and video length — streaming over Wi-Fi uses more power.
